It is a border town between Marche and Emilia Romagna Region, a picturesque bay nestled between the Adriatic Sea and the green hills of Monte San Bartolo Regional Park. The port of Vallugola Bay is situated at the foot of Monte San Bartolo, a natural cliff in which is placed a small marina. It is considered one of the top romantic destinations especially at night with all the shining lights of the restaurants reflecting into the sea.
