Palaeontological Museum, Mondaino
The sumptuous rooms of the Malatesta Fortress cherish a rich collection of fossils which, together with the one contained in the Fortress of Montefiore, bears witness to the prehistoric vicissitudes of the surrounding territory, which was fully submerged up to five million years ago.

The eighteenth-century College of the Jesuits cherishes civic finds which have been collected since the XVI century, divided into archaeological, medieval and contemporary sections.
