The brand new Basin of Cattolica has soon turned into the city's main gathering place. It is divided into a sea basin and an inner basin and can host up to 175 boats.
The project, designed by Studio Ste from Genoa, was realized in three years. Surrounded by a proper driveway, Cattolica's new Basin has soon turned into the main gathering place of the sea front, since it is scattered with glamorous shops and boutiques and trendy clubs which attract large numbers of tourists both during the day and at night.
Those who reach Cattolica by sea can take advantage of state-of-the-art services and facilities, such as a proper system of water recycling operated by three pumps which recycle water every 24 hours, thus ensuring the utmost cleanliness of the water of the Basin and the surrounding stretches of sea.

Shoal: more than 4 metres
Berths: sea basin: 140 berths for 10 to 30 metre long boats; inner basin: 35 berths for 6 to 32 metre long boats.
Berthing: Fixed and movable landing stages provided with both briccole and finger moorings, bollards and mooring rings.
